Md Hasan Mondal's dedication to quality education stems from his own transformative experience as a first-generation learner from a government-aided school in West Bengal, India. This firsthand understanding of the challenges and rewards of education fuels his ongoing pursuit of knowledge and his commitment to improving the educational landscape for all children.

Hasan's academic journey began at Aligarh Muslim University, where he earned a Bachelor of Education degree in Social Science. He then furthered his studies at Azim Premji University, completing a Master's degree in Education. During this period, he underwent rigorous theoretical training and research methodologies, conducting field studies and interviewing individuals to gain a deeper understanding of the complex relationship between education, people, and society. This experience instilled in him the importance of inclusive education and highlighted its crucial role in fostering a just and equitable society.

Following his Master's degree, Mondal worked as an Early Childhood Educator at Azim Premji Foundation, where he played a vital role in helping children develop foundational literacy and numeracy skills. He then transitioned to a Research Associate position at Azim Premji University, where he honed his analytical and research skills, further deepening his understanding of early childhood education.

Currently, Hasan is pursuing a PhD in Early Childhood Education at Jamia Millia Islamia. His research focuses on the crucial intersection of early childhood education, social justice, and equity. Through his research, he strives to inform and advocate for policies and practices that promote quality education accessible to all children, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Md Aurangzeb is a seasoned educator with extensive experience teaching mathematics and physics at both TGT and PGT levels, as well as preparing students for competitive exams like IIT JEE. 

His career spans the education management industry, showcasing his expertise in classroom management, curriculum development, educational leadership, lesson planning, and tutoring. 

A strong educational professional, Md Aurangzeb holds a B.Tech from the Future Institute of Engineering and Management and a Bachelor of Education in Mathematics. He currently serves as an Assistant Teacher at B.D.M. International School in Kolkata, India.

Sheikh Khurshid Alam graduated with a Bachelor in Law from the Department of Law, University of Calcutta. His passion for law and social justice led him to pursue a second Master of Laws (LL.M) in Law and Development from Azim Premji University. The first was in Islamic Jurisprudence from Aliah University in 2016.

During his time at Azim Premji University, Khurshid was deeply influenced by the institution's emphasis on social responsibility and community engagement. He actively participated in various initiatives focused on education and healthcare development.

Upon completing his LL.M, Khurshid joined the Azim Premji Foundation, where he played a pivotal role in the organization's efforts to improve the lives of marginalized communities. He served as a core team member in Chhattisgarh, where he worked closely with government school teachers to improve teaching practices and developed learning materials for children and teachers in the Upper Primary level in Social and Political Life subject. He has also contributed to the content development of the SCERT Chhattisgarh textbooks for the Upper Primary level in Social and Political Life subject and developed training materials for teachers on the new curriculum.

Khurshid's experience with the Azim Premji Foundation further solidified his commitment to social impact and fueled his desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. In 2021, he returned to his hometown of Kolkata to establish his own venture as a legal and educational consultant.

As a trained teacher educator, Khurshid is passionate about empowering individuals through education. Under his mentorship, Advancing Education in Indian Society provides comprehensive legal and educational services, guiding students, aspiring teachers, and educational institutions towards their goals. 

Kashfaddoja Adil is a seasoned advocate with an LL.B and a diverse legal practice background. He is particularly interested in guiding students in drafting legal documents, honing negotiation skills, and addressing RTI matters. Currently associated with a private company in Kolkata, Mr. Adil is committed to empowering the next generation of legal professionals through practical training and mentorship. His participation in the Residential Criminal Litigation Mentorship Program is a testament to his dedication to advancing legal education.
